They both had their first trip to the dentist. I was a worried that they would have cavities, but YEAH we walked away with none! They both had their teeth cleaned, and Ethan had x-ray's done. They both were champs and can't wait to go back to the dentist. Yes, dorky me took pictures (you know it has to be in their scrapbooks!!!)

Ethan Swim Lessons
Ethan has been taking swim lessons at the "Y". He is doing really well. He is very observant of what the other kids are doing. He enjoys blowing bubbles, making airplanes and even going all the way underwater!!! Sorry the pics are a bit dark. I was having trouble trying to find the right setting for the camera.
We are hoping to get Presley in on the next sessions the classes fill up really fast. But she is enjoying playing in the childcare area, and doesn't seem to mind that brother isn't there with her.

Aspiring to be the next Picasso!
Ethan & Presley's new favorite pastime is painting and water coloring! As you can tell every time they paint they have it all over themselves, all over their clothes, the table and pretty much everywhere. But they really enjoy it. And at least it keeps them occupied while I try to get dinner started.

Preschool
Well this week we enrolled Ethan in Preschool. After checking out several I believe that we have found the perfect one. He is really looking forward to going to school next year. He will go two days a week Monday and Friday. I am sad but also looking forward in this new adventure for him. He will do two years of Preschool due to his late b-day.

Presley's Family Birthday

Happy 2nd Birthday Presley!
I can't believe that my little girl turned two yesterday. Time flies.
Yesterday Pat took the day off and we headed off to the Point Defiance Zoo. It was a beautiful day. We were super lucky the zoo was debuting Baby otters for the first time and we were right there when they brought them out. They were born on February 3rd. They were super cute.
Later that night we headed up to the Rain forest Cafe for dinner. That seems to be our birthday ritual! The kids were exhausted by the time we came home. It was a really fun day, and we are looking forward in celebrating this weekend with family.
