Happy 4th Birthday Ethan!

I can't believe that Ethan is four today. He is such a little man now! Today we weren't really sure if the weather was going to hold out on us so we decided to do something in doors. Ethan picked to have lunch and play games at Chuckie Cheese. We played many of games and had pizza. Ethan was really good at the air hockey table. He even won when I played him, and I wasn't playing easy! Has is favorite was riding the horses. Bet you could have guessed that!!

When we got home Ethan took a nap, Presley on the other hand decided that today she wasn't going to take a nap and crawled out of her crib for the first time. Guess it's time for a big girl bed. While Ethan napped I began to make his snake cake.

When he woke up it was about 5:30. I thought I was going to make a super special dinner. The birthday boy requested Mac & Cheese. I thought I would make home made, but nope he wanted Kraft out of the box. What a special b-day dinner! Ethan got his apron on and wanted to help. Though I think he wanted to help me out with the cake.

After dinner we opened presents and then had cake! Ethan & Dad are spending time putting all the play mobile pirate ship and treasure chest together!

I thought this was so cute. I finally have been successful with cakes, it's taken four years!
Yikes, don't look at the messy pantry.

Love that Hair!

Every morning Presley wakes up with gorgeous bed head!!! She cracks me up. I have to spend so much time getting the rats out of her hair. I look forward to her hair getting a little longer and hopefully we won't get all the tangles! She still looks so cute with her hair a mess! And I just love her little smiles.

MOVIE REVEIW!

If you haven't gone and see this movie, you must go and see it. It was soooooooooooo good. Defiantly a chick flick!
I went with a few girl-friends last night. My friend said you will laugh, cry, sing & want to get up out of your seat and dance and she was so right on. If this play comes back to Seattle I will be first in line to buy tickets!
Hope you get a chance to go and see it.

Ethan's 4th B-day Party at the Bouncy House

Saturday we had Ethan's 4th B-day party at the Bouncy House! What a blast! I am not sure who had more fun the kids or the adults!!! The Bouncy house is in a warehouse that I swear is not air conditioned and it was in the 90's that day so bouncy around made us all very hot! After bouncing we went into the party room for lunch, presents and yummy spider man ice-cream cake! Ethan will be 4 on the 30th. I can hardly believe it. Time truly flies.

Blue Angels

So a couple of weeks ago the kids, Leo, my dad and I had a picnic and watched the blue angels. They are so impressive! Ethan thought it was pretty cool. Presley on the other hand hated every minute. It was way to loud for her little ears. I ended up letting her listen to my I-pod and she feel asleep on my lap. It was challenging trying to get a good picture of them, since they are very fast and having two toddlers on my lap sometimes three!

Honoring Falling Victims

Today the kids and I were out running errands. I had to run to Target to get diapers and I thought I would let the kids play at the play area. So we headed to the Commons in Federal Way. On the way up Highway-18 we were stopped by Motor-cycle cops in each lane. At first I was a bit annoyed. Why were they stopping us? Then I remembered that there was supposed to be a procession for a fallen firefighter in our state. We waited at a dead stop for nearly 20 minutes and there was still nothing. Then it was absolutely amazing. One after another were fire trucks from all over the state approximately 100, ambulances also, probably 200 motorcycles cops, the procession lasted nearly 25 minutes. It was amazing! It gave me goose bumps. Today I hope we will honor all of the fallen victims that were helping to save the lives in our country!

Olympic Game Farm Park

If you are ever in Sequim, Washington I highly recommend going to the Olympic Game Farm Park. It is so much fun for adults and kids. There are so many animals to see and feed. You are able to purchase bread and many of the animals will come right up to your car and eat out of your hand. Watch out Pat the Zebra may bite! My favorite was the elk. There were so beautiful and there antlers had all the velvet on them. I happily rode out of the sun roof at times to get some pictures. Let's just say our car defiantly needs a car wash after this. We have some nice tongue licks all around the car!!!
