Day 4

Day four was spent pretty much the whole day at Downtown Disney! We shopped, had lunch at the Rain forest Cafe and did some more shopping!!! When we got back to the hotel we let the kids rest for an hour or so and then we headed to a restaurant in our hotel called Ohana. It was a very delicious meal, all you could eat steak, shrimp, pork and Turkey and they brought out other Polynesian type food. The kids got to get up and learn a luau dance, and also got to do the limbo.

Day 3

Day Three the kids and I slept in, then we had a late brunch. We then headed over to the pool. The kids did really well swimming. It was the first time I could just sit by the poolside and watch them. It was really nice. The hotel also did activities with the kids, Ethan and Presley each colored on Beach balls. They thought that was pretty cool. When Pat got back from the convention we then had dinner and headed back to the park. They were having Extra Magical Hours for the guest staying at the Disney Resorts, so we basically had the park to ourselves from 7:00-11:00! Ethan and Presley enjoyed going on the rides with there friends Ella & Keedan.

We spent all day there and all evening. We had purchased tickets to go to Mickey's Very Merry X-mas Celebration which started at 7:00 and ended at 12:00. We stayed the whole time. Walt Disney World & Day 1

We just got back from a wonderful magical vacation. We spent 8 days in Florida and spent 5 amazing days at Walt Disney World. The kids had a blast. I learned several things about my kids on this trip. Ethan is a thrill rider!! He really enjoyed Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain & Test Track! And Presley's favorite Princess is Belle! She has never seen the movie but she just adored Belle. I will share the pictures in order of the days we were there. This is truly the most magical place on Earth!

Finally off the airplane and at the hotel the kids are way to excited to got to sleep!

Presley's head!

Ouch! Presley had to have 7 stitches in her forehead. We were at a friends house Monday night and she was chasing the boys around the house and she slipped on the hardwoods and ran right into the wall. We thought she was ok. It had stopped bleeding after about 5 minutes and she was chasing the boys again. That night after she feel asleep I was able to get a band aid on her and some medicine. The next morning we had MOPS and some of the ladies asked what had happened. They asked if she had to get stitches I was like no she is fine. And they said you might want to take her in. Well that afternoon I had a flu shot appointment, so I called the pediatrician to see if I could have him take a look at her head. They got me in and we were there for two hours. Her pediatrician ended up sending me to Children's hospital. They had to re-open the gash since it was already starting to heal and place the stitches. After 4 hours at the children's hospital we were ready to go home. Presley and I were so exhausted. I feel like the worst mom that we didn't take her in sooner. Hopefully she won't have to have any more stitches in the future! But she is a little trooper!

Halloween Party at Michelle's

Thursday we had a kid party to go to at my friend Michelle's house. This was their fourth annual party. We starting going when Ethan was just 1 year's old. It is so funny to look back and see how much they have changed each Halloween. Even the mom's decided to dress up this year! It was a super fun morning and afternoon.

Trick or Treating

Ethan and Presley had so much fun trick or treating. They were really into it this year. Ethan was the HULK and Presley was a Princess though she would tell you that she was Cinderella! We went with a big group of kids, after they went trick or treating they stayed and Jenni's house with a babysitter and had their own kid party! They thought that was pretty cool. When I went to check on them a couple hours later they were playing dance freeze. It was pretty cute. I even thought it was pretty funny that the kids were dancing and next door at the adult house we were dancing as well!
