Halloween Party

We went over to our friends house for a Halloween Party. All the kids looked so cute in there costumes. I can't believe that they aren't so sick after all the sugar they have had.

Ethan is Scooby Doo and Presley is a Pink Poodle Dog.

Pumpkin Carving

Saturday night Pat and I had our parents down for dinner and pumpkin carving. Pat and I helped Ethan and Presley make Jack-o-lanterns. This year Ethan really got into scooping the guts out of the pumpkin. While Presley enjoyed licking hers. YUCK!

Mom we haven't prayed yet!

The other night we were putting Ethan to bed. As usual he stalls. On the third time going up to his room I said, "Ethan, this is the last time I am coming up here. What do you need?" He said, "Mom we haven't prayed yet!" So I said, "Ok Ethan what would you like to thank God for today?" He said "for Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofey and Pluto." I said, " what about Mommy, Daddy, Presley, Papa & Nono, Grandpa and Grandma G. " He said, "Oh yeah I guess them too."

I thought that was so cute! I thought that I would share with all of you. Kids say the funniest things sometimes.

Pumpkin Patch

Today my MOPS group when to the pumpkin patch. The kids had fun looking at all the animals, doing the corn maze and picking out perfect pumpkins. Mom even did wheel barrow rides which the kids really didn't enjoy (I accidently dumped them out twice. Do you need a drivers license for those things or what?) Dad was really sad that he missed out so we will probably go again this weekend.

Oktoberfest!!!!!!!

Saturday Pat and I went to Oktoberfest at the Swiss park in Bonneylake with friends. Wow, so much fun. Pat said he did the trifecta. Three whole crabs, three bratwurst, and three beers. He definatly got his money's worth. Pat even one a raffle, a basket full of goodies and a hebrew national t-shirt. He proudly wore it.

We ate, drank and did the polka. My favorite was the chicken dance. Here are some silly pictures from the evening.

Doing the Puyallup Fair

We spent two days this weekend going to the Puyallup Fair!!! We did alot of walking, eating and races down the big slide. The animals were also a big hit. Of course Ethan's favorite was the horses and the pigs. Presley really like the horses and bunnies. Pat enjoyed going on the slide with the kids and I did too. I guess we are all a bunch of kids!

Today Ethan is Three

I can't believe that my little Ethan is three today! It feels like he was just born yesterday.

Today we took the kids to Point Defiance Zoo. Ethan really enjoyed the Tiger, Monkeys and Elephants. For Lunch we drove to Southcenter and went to the Rain Forest Cafe for lunch/dinner. Then we came home opened presents and had cupcakes. We bought Ethan these small horses and he went nuts over them. He also enjoyed playing with his new playmobil and his soccer ball.

Visiting Family in Eastern Washington and Idaho

We just spent the weekend over in Clarkston/Lewiston. It was fun except for the long seven hour drive over were Presley cried the whole time! We decided we won't be going on a car trip for a long time. We were able to go over and spend time at my cousin Chad's house. He has 44 acres. Ethan and Presley were very excited about the horses. They weren't so sure about the goats and the dogs though. Here are some pics from the weekend.
