Fire Station Field Trip
Ethan loved the Fireman Hat
Sitting in the big engine
Sitting in the big engine
Back seat of the big enginekids watching the fireman get all his gear on and then showed them what he sounded like when it was all on. The fireman kind of sounded like Darth Vader. He wanted the kids to know not to be scared if he ever has to come in your house with all this stuff on, I guess there is a huge percentage of children that are so frightened of the firemen that they won't come out and usually loose their lives!
Ethan eagerly watching
Ethan's preschool class has been learning about safety and fire so this months field trip was to the local fire station. The kids were all very excited. It was really neat seeing the firemen go down the fire pole. Meeting the fire station dog (a cute little pug!) sitting in the big fire engine, getting a treat bag from the firemen!
Snow Days
So we probably have about a foot of snow at our house and are expecting another storm to come in tonight! The kids have been having a blast playing out in the snow and sledding down our hill! We have tried several days to build a snow man but it is just to powdery. Snow balls have been a big hit with them! It looks like we just might have a white Christmas this year.

Weekend Trip To Califoria
California Adventure
We even saw Santa's reindeer

Us having lunch at the House of Blues @ Downtown Disney
So Pat and I traveled last weekend to California to celebrate my B-day. I can finally say that I have been to ever Disneyland in the WORLD! Yeah! It was a great, very fast weekend. We flew out on Saturday and arrived in California at 10:00 a.m checked in to the hotel and left for Disneyland. We stayed there until 12:00 am. Then Sunday we did California adventure and then went back over to Magic Kingdom. It was nice to got to Disney land but after going to Disney World three weeks ago I would have to say hands down Disney World is soooooooooooo much better. But I have now seen Disney land and it was a nice weekend away for the two of us! Didn't take to many pictures we were very busy hitting all the rides!
More Orlando Pictures
So I believe that this is probably the first time that my kids have felt real sand! This was right outside our hotel room in Florida! Wish it would have been warmer and we could have played out there more often. They loved the sand! Something was on my camera lens some some of the pictures have a fuzzy spot in the middle! So annoying.
Ethan's Thanksgiving Feast
Ok so I am a bit behind in blogging! This was Ethan's Thanksgiving Day Feast at School. We went and had a snack and the kids sang songs. It was really cute. They made a turkey out of an orange and put kabob sticks for the feathers which were made grapes and cheese.
Ethan wasn't so excited about singing. He just sat there and really didn't do much. When we were on our way home I asked him why he was being so shy and he said because he wanted his Daddy to be there. (this made Pat feel horrible!) He also didn't want to share his turkey with Presley or I because it was going to be his and Daddy's snack after dinner!
When Ethan was asked what he was thankful for he said his Friends. I thought that was very sweet of him.

Day 5
Day 5 was a incredibly busy day. We started the day off at Animal kingdom! We really wanted to make sure that we made it to the safari so we headed straight there (we have heard that they sometimes have 2 hour waits). We only had to wait 15 minutes which was awesome. It was probably the best thing we did while on our trip. I am ready to do Africa now!! Well, maybe in a couple of years when the kids get older.
After the Safari we went to Camp Mickey & Minnie were the kids got to meet many of the characters. After that we headed to Hollywood studios. We were on a mission to go on the new Toy Story ride. That was are longest wait of the whole trip! 70 minutes to get on that ride. But at least waiting there was many things for the kids to look at! We went on two more rides there and then we headed back to our hotel to get ready for dinner. We then headed over to another hotel and had a character dinner. This included dinner with MICKEY, Goofy, Donald, Pluto and Minnie. After our meal we were exhausted and headed back to our hotel for bed!!!
